Studio Nilan is situated on the top floor and offers stunning views, providing a delightful retreat for two. The cozy studio boasts a kitchen, two single beds, and a modern ensuite bathroom.

Best of all, step outside onto your own private terrace complete with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs — a perfect place for an early morning yoga session or to simply enjoy the golden light of our stunning Adriatic sunsets.

Want to head out and explore? With our e-bikes, you can effortlessly discover the hilly landscapes of Brela – from hidden beaches to charming viewpoints.

About Studio Nilan

Studio Nilan is designed for two guests and comes fully equipped with everything you need:

Hiking & Nature

Our studio is beautifully located in the mountainous area of Brela. Next to the building, a hiking trail begins that leads directly into the Biokovo mountain range.

Here you can discover some of the most spectacular walks in Croatia – with endless sea views, fresh mountain air, and untouched nature.

Getting to the beach

You can reach the beaches of Brela in two ways:

1. 🚲 Main road – a 2.8 km bike ride or drive through the village.
2. 🥾 Scenic hiking trail – a 1 km path, about 15 minutes down and 20 minutes back up. Please note: the way back is uphill, and a few sections are steep, but mostly shaded.

Food & Restaurants

Less than 300 meters away you’ll find two of Brela’s best restaurants:
Konoba Galinac and Katara.

Both serve delicious Dalmatian cuisine, paired with breathtaking views of the sea.

And just 1 km from the studio you’ll find a local supermarket for all your groceries.

Airport transfer & getting around

✈️ Flying to Split and want to be picked up?

We can arrange a private airport transfer from Split Airport to Brela for €75 per ride.

Upon your arrival, I’ll personally welcome you, escort you to your studio, and provide all necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area.

🚴 Without a car? Perfect. If you arrive in Brela by bus, Studio Nilan includes 2 e-MTBs for free.

If you come by car, you can still rent them for just €15 per day.

Prefer public transport? There’s a bus stop in Brela with connections to Split, Makarska and other towns along the coast. If you arrive by bus, I’ll pick you up free of charge at the Kricak bus stop.

Sustainable travel

We encourage guests to explore Brela and the Riviera by bike and on foot 🌍.
It’s convenient, adventurous, and the most sustainable way to discover Croatia’s coast.

Parking

Please note: there is no private parking spot at Studio Studio.

There is public parking available in Brela, but it can be limited during high season.

That’s why we encourage guests to come without a car and enjoy the included e-bikes, walking trails, and airport transfer service.
